Abacus 2010-11 Pre-Budget Submission

Abacus has submitted a pre-Budget submission to Treasury. The submission calls upon the Government to take urgent action in adopting pro-competitive policy measures in the retail banking sector. The submission also proposes measures to encourage savings for post-compulsory education and savings for health insurance, establishment of a national free or low-cost debt counselling service and an enhancement of the Green Loans Program.
