GST reduced input tax credit for transactional fraud monitoring

Abacus has provided comments to Treasury on draft regulations implementing the May 2010 Budget announcement to expand the range of expenses qualifying for a reduced input tax credit (RITC) to include a new item covering "transactional fraud monitoring services".

Pre-Budget Submission 2012-13

Abacus has submitted a Pre-Budget submission to Treasury.  The submission recommends tax cuts on interest earnings for deposits, equitable treatment of franking credits for mutuals' members and establishment of a financial services inquiry.
